Use of innovative services by UAB „Kūrybinių industrijų namai“ in the implementation of e-commerce solutions

Kūrybinių industrijų namai is implementing a project to integrate external and automate internal business processes. The development and implementation of innovative e-commerce solutions on the website will digitalise many of the processes that were previously carried out manually. Customers will be able to access the system from anywhere in the world. The provision and use of the company's services will become more efficient, optimal and simple.

The planned outcome of the project is to develop and deploy new digital e-commerce solutions for customer self-service, which will focus on smoother and more productive use of the company's services and systems.

The project is financed by the UAB „Kūrybinių industrijų namai“ with its own funds and the European Regional Development Fund as the European Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, under Priority 13 of the Operational Programme for Investment of Union Funds 2014-2020, Measure 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860 "COVID-19 e-commerce model". The European Regional Development Fund allocated 49 950,00 for the implementation of the project.
